Located in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine), oven and microwave, refrigerator, living/dining room, and 3 bedrooms for 6 people. 1 bathroom & toilet, plus a shower room & toilet, swimming pool, hot tub, private patio & garden. TV, stereo, free Wi-Fi. Free parking. (Pool closed for the winter from October 15 to March 15)<br>Located 15 minutes from Cognac, St. Jean d’Angely, and Saintes. 50 minutes from the Côte Sauvage, La Rochelle, and Royan<br>Bilingual owner (French/English)<br>During the winter months (October 20 through March 20), we are required to bill you for electricity usage due to frequent abuse by certain tenants. We bill at the current “tarif bleu” rate (€0.1740 per kWh consumed).
