Experience luxury in this oceanfront 1-bedroom condo, perfect for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a restful night in the king-sized bed and relax in the living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed ideal for children. Step out onto the stunning balcony for breathtaking views directly over the water.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave for your convenience. Dine at the on-site restaurant, known for its delicious cuisine.

As part of a beautiful resort, you'll have access to numerous amenities, including a pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, an outdoor grill and fire pit, a fitness center, and a playground.

This family-friendly resort offers various amenities for guests to enjoy. We kindly ask that you respect the rules in place. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the patio; however, there is a designated smoking area near the pickleball court. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is not a venue for parties, and our Condo accommodates a maximum of four guests.
Shellfish Policy
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited inside the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines in accordance with resort regulations.

Check-Out Instructions
- General Tidy: Leave the unit generally tidy and double-check for any personal belongings.
- Kitchen: Put away all clean dishes, load remaining dirty dishes, and start the dishwasher. Remove all leftover food from the house.
- Amenities: Place the resort key by the amenity basket.
- Pull-Out Couch: If used, strip the bed sheets and reassemble the couch.
- Garbage & Recycling: Take all trash, recycling, liquor bottles, and beverage cans to the commercial bins located beside the parkade.
- Final Departure: Turn off all interior lights, fans, and the fireplace. Turn down the heat. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.

Greg's place was great. It was clean and well equipped for a week's stay. The creekside view was very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Greg was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Pacific Shores Resort is in a very scenic and serene area. About the only thing we heard were the birds singing. We were also fortunate that the condo we were in had a front row seat to the Craig Bay tidal patterns. The grounds themselves were well maintained.Our condo was spacious and quite well equipped. The owner was very easy to deal with; and kept us well informed in a timely manner.The bottom line is that we would not hesitate to rent at Pacific Shores once again; and you should not either.Larry

The condo was great! Very clean and appealing - we loved watching the tide change the scenery and beautiful walks right outside the property. Spent a lot of time on the patio and watching seals off the rocks nearby. The kids had a great time with the swimming pool, ping pong and pool table. We'd come here again!

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Shores Resort. The apartment was very clean and quiet with all basic amenities stocked. Communication with the host was good and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and deal with a minor issue that arose. We travelled all over the island from this location and it was a comfortable place to come back to at end of day. Would definitely stay here again.

Pacific shores was a fantastic getaway with our toddler. The pools, paddleboard and kayak rentals were so easy. Greg’s place was clean, exactly like the photos and larger than we expected for a one bedroom condo. We will definitely come back.
