A very tired property in a location convenient to the ferry terminal. Grubby lobby and hallway areas. Guestroom also showing its age but clean and serviceable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Weird breakfast offerings. Ownership needs to invest in a major and years overdue reno.

You pay for what you get. Its convenient, clean, staff are so kind and friendly. Overall its good place to stay. However, its quite run down. The price reflects it. If you are looking for a cheap/very convenient place to stay. I would recommend this place.
