Stayed in suite 317, best view of the ocean and the kids enjoyed watching the cars drive by. A decent suite for the price, close to Harbourfront walkway, walkable to the city center but also excellent access via car. Staff allowed us early check in around 2:30 for $20 cost.

parking was ok. we did not use the kitchen. an alarm clock would have been great as we are older and do not have smart phones to do that for us. the staff was very helpful but the place/gardens have really deteriorated since we were there about 10 years ago

Arrived on the island in the late evening, so was it wasn’t necessary to spend extra money on expensive hotel so decided to try a motel out. After arriving at the hotel, I realized I should’ve spent the extra money and went somewhere better. Over priced for what you get. Only worth $100 a night max. I was charged $185. The motel had been renovated, but still, it was pretty ghetto.

We will not return for 2 reasons: the traffic noise from the road was extremely loud; 2)There appeared to be what looked like unhoused people having the post-drug consumption munchies right on the walkway that led to our entrance. Having our little boy with us this felt intimidating.

For the price we paid this was a pretty awful stop on our way home. Beds were clean but bathroom was questionable. Spiders in room. All windows were open with no screens when we arrived so that makes sense that there were bugs. Our neighbors were super loud. Maybe staying on the top floor would have been better. Staff at front desk was very friendly and this was the only positive thing about our stay.

You need to be aware that the angled parking lot has no exit, which would be challenging if in a larger vehicle. The room was clean and spacious, and seemed to be partially renovated recently. Access to the 2nd floor was confusing, depending on the area you park. There were a few guests that seemed to be living rough, making us uncomfortable initially, but we had no problems.
