Sam & Connie's is the perfect Nags Head cottage for your next family vacation. This classic "beach box" has modern and comfortable furnishings and decor and is just a short stroll from the Barnes Street beach access. Ample outdoor living space from the sun deck on the front of the house to the ground level hangout area. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and en suite half bathroom.
The nautical themed kids room is just across the hall from the full bathroom with tub and is furnished with a duo bunk (double bed on the bottom and twin on top). At the end of the hall find the third bedroom with a queen size bed. Don't forget fido! Sam & Connie's is pet friendly so your dog is welcome to join the fun in Nags Head. Walking distance to Dowdy Park and the seasonal Dowdy Park Farmer's Market, multiple popular local restaurants and shops, and just a couple of blocks from the grocery store!

Great location! Lots of space!

We had a great time working remotely for a week. Close to bars and restaurants and the beach is an easy walk. Great outdoor space on a quiet street.

I did not bring a pet, but I noticed dog bowls under the sink. That was nice for pet owners. The property was as listed, and I had no complaints. The only thing missing was on me--I did not notice that there was no dishwasher. Interestingly enough, it did not become a big deal at all.It was clean and quiet.My bed (master) was comfortable. Kitchen: I would suggest a knife sharpening event. I brought my own because most places do not have sharp knives, and this was no exception.I would recommend this place for families, singles, or couples.Great time, and it was very central. I will rent this again if available.
