Great Vacation

Property was exactly what was advertised. Loved the house and pool! House was very clean! The games did not work! The sauna did not work but we were told ahead of time! There were minor issues and the property manager was very responsive! Overall a great time and great location.

Nice House with issues

leaking air conditioner, Soaked rug in theatre room from air conditioner, out of order dry sauna, clogged drain in bathroom and broken arcade game. Only thing fixed during our stay was clogged sink. The house itself was very nice.

Overall, it was a great week despite not so great weather! The elevator broke several times, communication with the manager was quick, however the actual repair company was slow to respond and we went several days without it. This was a hardship on several members of our group.

Tradewinds 2 Nags Head Family Vacation

House was beautiful and extremely roomy inside. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen and dining area is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Elevator was a great plus. The outside however has a few problems. The hot tub water was extremely cloudy which never cleared up. I paid an extra fee for the pool to be heated and the pool was freezing! Couldn’t use it. Very disappointing. The outside kitchen area has an ant problem and was moldy. Needed to be pressure washed along with the fence around the back yard. Had a wonderful time with family in this beautiful home just wished the outside was as beautiful as the inside.

Very nice beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had just about everything we needed. The room for all 16 adults, 4 children and 1 infant was amazing. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, game room and especially the theater room. The walk to the beach was not far at all. We were able to catch the sun rise several mornings without walking too far. My husband and I were able to see several pods of dolphins in the ocean one morning. We had some issues at the house and they sent someone over immediately...within 30 minutes to fix/repair the issues and he also apologized for the inconvenience of our vacation. The only thing I would request for the house is having some smaller cutting boards and plastic glasses in the kitchen. We would definitely come back here.

Family Christmas at the Beach

Beach house was fantastic from hot tub, pool table, card table, and the best mattresses ever. It was a great place for our family to enjoy a vacation together. Had a few minor problems upon check in but these were addressed promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
