Pierview Oceanfront Condo’s, formerly Bodie Island Resort, Unit 205 is a beachfront condominium at milepost 17 in South Nags Head, NC. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning ocean views, a full-size kitchen, private balcony, and more! It’s a non-smoking, no-pets unit. Renovated for the 2015/2016 season, it’s perfect for a family getaway with the beach just steps from your door. Both bedrooms have private baths, with the master featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The unit sleeps six, including a sleeper sofa, and you can bring an air mattress for extra guests. The master bedroom has sliding doors to an oversized balcony with ocean views, plus a TV, cable, and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD. Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. The living room features cozy décor, a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD, and a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There’s a wet bar with sink and wine cooler, a dining area with a rustic pine table for six, and a well-stocked kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher. A sliding glass door opens to the balcony for relaxing, reading, or watching the sunrise. A washer and dryer are included. Outside, enjoy two pools (one for kids), a playground, charcoal grills, picnic area, basketball half-court, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, plenty of parking, and an elevator. Note: The over 30-year-old elevator finally died and had to be replaced this spring. We are glad to report the new elevator is working! A luggage lift has also been installed to assist with moving luggage and other items to the second floor.
