The parking was easy but not secure, a lot of riff raf under the side carport drinkong amd smoking pot. One of the side door handle is broken so it does not lock so anyone can come in at any time. AC was ok. Mold on the ceiling in our room above one of the beds. The wall outlet by the ac unit is barely hanging on and the wall looks like mold is all over the bottom half. Mold by the wall by the ac. Flooring is coming up and its bubbled and peeling up. Fridge kept food cool.

The hotel is really clean. It is a bit dated in the bathrooms but the room is nice and modern. I just wish the room had a but more furniture as it echoed. The room was clean and comfortable and felt very safe.

Front desk person could not be found. Given room on back of property and there were people getting high in their car next to us. Dogs barked from multiple rooms half the night. Sketchy area and did not feel safe going to my car after dark.

Nice enough room and the very nice young lady at the front desk graciously offered to give me a noon check out because I didn't arrive until 3:30 AM. But this was apparently not communicated with housekeeping and house keeping apparently didn't bother to check. At 9:54 am they knocked on the door very loudly. I said 'I have a noon checkout and they went away until 10:50 AM when they knocked again. In between that hat time there was intermittent hammering going on in what sounded like the room next to mine. I would have rated that a place highly, but like so many less expensive hotels the housekeeping department ruined my experience by disturbing my sleep.

All the workers were very helpful and nice.The washer machines need to be replaced and updated. The furniture in the lobby is really dirty. The walls and doors need to be wiped down. The hotel needs a deep clean
