Not great could have been better

The staff was nice. The room was mostly clean. The first night i killed a roach. I woke up with one on me it freaked me out. After that night didnt see anymore. It was quiet though. The only other issue was that most of the outlets didn’t work.

Not happy.

We didn’t get the rate we were quoted on the reservation, so I had to contact hotels.com. We had to change rooms because the A/C wasn’t cooling our room. We left after the first night. Found a much better place in town for the same price. Still waiting for the refund.

I like the location. Easy to north middle and south of town. Kinfolks and Smokehouse are on either side of the motel.

For a cheap room price, you get what you pay for. Room was dirty - floor hadn't been swept in probably months. Food particles and popcorn kernels on the floor by the bathroom. Dusty and gross! Our two rooms were surrounded by smoking rooms - people were smoking marijuana in those rooms and outside and the smell came into our rooms through the AC outside window units. When I went to the front desk to complain, the guy just said there was nothing he could do. The property needs to have the smoking rooms away from the non-smoking rooms. Nobody wants to smell pot or cigarette smoke. I asked for Febreeze to spray our rooms down, the smell was that bad. Won't be staying there again.

The hotel was nothing like the photos. The rooms were smelly and dirty and the walls had cracks and bugs seeping through. The hotel was old and ran down looking(not like the photos) The towels were old and hard. The furniture was about 20 years old. The A/C units were new and the works awesome.
