The hotel was dirty with old furniture blocking the laundry room. Furniture in hallways was coated with dust. Had hot water in sink in bathroom but no hot water in shower. Food was good at breakfast. Some vending machines were out of service.

It was under renovation with lots of dust and paint fumes. The first room they gave us was on a floor where most of the rooms were still being renovated. It was terrible so they then put us on a different floor. But there was still dust and the hall carpets were loaded with dust and debris. I could still smell paint fumes.

I was there three nights. Unable to use the tv once. Volume didn’t work on the remote the first night so I couldn’t hear it. I told front desk the next morning. The second night I was coming down the hallway and could hear the tv it was so loud. There was a new remote and the tv volume was cranked to 100 but the volume wouldn’t come down even with the new remote. I again told the front desk the next morning. When I turned the tv on that night the cable wasn’t connected. The screen said antenna cable disconnected. I couldn’t believe it!! Housekeeping did not come once. Both mornings when I left, the housekeeper was literally in the hallway, right there! They knew I had left and still didn’t clean it. I will be contacting corporate and reporting this also. I am pretty unhappy about both things. One or the other would be bad enough. If you stay here make sure you request housekeeping service when you leave in the morning.
