The Space:

Cinco Monos or “Five Monkeys,” is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa on the Papagayo Peninsula that sleeps up to 12 guests across four modules. Perched above the Gulf of Papagayo, the property's dual-level infinity pool and panoramic ocean views make it the ultimate setting for groups seeking space, privacy, and direct access to one of Costa Rica's most exclusive coastal communities.



Its first module, features a living room for movie nights, a chef’s kitchen, and a dining area for 12. Tall windows flood the interior with light, inviting remarkable sunset views. On the outdoor terrace, a dual-level infinity pool with adjoining Jacuzzi unfolds to the Gulf of Papagayo. Entertain, dine, or enjoy an ocean-view massage from this spacious poolside lounge.



Adjacent to this common space, you’ll find the second module which includes three bedrooms and a living space. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with a tranquil ensuite spa, including a soaking tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom has a double bed with a single overhead bunk and ensuite bathroom.



The third module houses 3 bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed with ensuite, the second and third bedroom both have 2 queen size beds with ensuite bathrooms. Both sleeping modules have dedicated living rooms with desks and flat-screen TVs, plus private balconies that overlook the beautiful ocean views.



Lastly, the fourth module is a versatile space that has a guest kitchen, storage closets, and an oversized laundry room. The fitness center is located on the upper floor and is fully encased in glass allowing a spectacular view of the lush jungle.
