Entire room had a musty smell and so many horribly patched up holes and cracks. Dusty. Halls smelled like smoke even though supposed to be non smoking.

This place should not be open for business! There were drunk people outside all night screaming and using foul language right by my window — I felt completely unsafe, especially with my young children. The windows open all the way, which is dangerous. In the morning, there was dog poop right outside in the whole ways that we stepped on. The entire place smells like mold and smoke, and it’s very dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was also filthy and clearly not cleaned. Overall, this property is unsafe, unsanitary, and unacceptable. State or city should inspect it

There is no elevator to connect buildings. We had to carry our luggage up and down 2 staircases. The parking lot was scary and the decor was chipped and broken.

I would book elsewhere in the future.

The room was dirty, my sister's room smelled like someone had urinated in the A/C unit that blew it all over the room (she had to be moved to a new room it was so bad). My room had a cockroach and blood (an alarming amount of it, it did not look like a small cut worth) on the box spring. We told the staff and they were polite, but no response other than kind words.

I must say the mngmt team was outstanding, very pleasant and kind. The facility was very under staffed. The room was clean appearance wise, but the room smelled of steal cigarette smoke and the shower head was coming from the wall. The parking lot in the back appeared to have abandoned vehicles. The most alarming is that the facility was in lack of security, which was a very big concern of mine. The building I stayed in, the entrance door was broken and could not be secured. This led to anybody walking around the building. Very unsettling. There were transients walking the grounds and also inside corridors of the building I was staying in. I ran into a woman who was living by far an undesirable life, who was homeless, pulling “tricks” for money, while reporting to men who were staying at this location. So sad. I went on to buying her something to eat from the hotel restaurant, giving her $20 and also charging her dead phone at the front desk, because of the Christian I am. The owners of this facility must be aware of this as I was only there one night and seeing this all take place. Overall this was a very unsafe facility and many illegal thing taking place here. I would not suggest any families with children stay at this location. As I am going to inform the police, now that I left this location, all that I saw.

We reserved a 2-Queen room but was given a King bed room. There was horrible pot smoke odor in hallway just 10 doors down from front desk. Security side door was propped open with a rock late at night. Ice machine had filthy paper towels in it and was not working. Room was cramped with a full size fridge, sink, oven, dishwasher. Maybe that would be great for a traveling tradesman but we were there one night while in vacation. Breakfast was horrible as well. We DID NOT enjoy our stay at Regency Inn & Suites!

NO INTERNET SERVICE! STAY AWAY!

Dont stay there! Its awful! Unfriendly staff! NO INTERNET SERVICE! YOU CAN ONLY USE THEIR WIFI! We were unable to get or make calls unless outside of the hotel, only the back of hotel, no services at all out front! I questioned the staff and was sold their internet was encrypted so that why you get no service, to please use the wifi, which isn't secure, only locked for customers. We requested 2 queens, got a room with double beds. When they cleaned the room they turn off the refrigerator, which may be normal, but we were never told to turn it on, the knob is in the back which we couldn't locate, not realizing it was off because it was cool when we checked in, we lost food and drinks that we put in the fridge. I spoke to several staff members about the no cell service, i was told, your cell data may work on the other side of building, offered to move our room, relocate us, our you kidding me? It was so bad we had to leave the hotel, i paid for 2 nights, they refused to give me a refund for the second night! Worst hotel experience ever! Hotels.com did fight for me and my refund, which was fantastic, but they were also refused to give a refund to me.

Do Not Stay Here!!

Do not stay here if you value your own and/or family's health & stafety. I booked this hotel last night while driving late at night. The room matches the pictures, the issue is what the pictures cannot show. My husband & I carried our sleeping children to the room. The room had the strongest mold smell I have ever experienced in my life. It was also easily 90F and just had a heaviness to the air. Vwe turned on the AC only to seem to have the air get a worse smell. It took our breath away. My husband noticed hairs on the bed, albeit longer hairs. We knew this was a two star hotel however the room wasn't fit for anyone to stay. It was so bad we carried our children back to the car and drove home. We feared what rashes or respiratory issues we all could get. The front desk offered another room however the condition of the hotel offered no hope any room would be better. This place needs a visit/review by state and local authorities perhaps with that it may come up to code. The place isn't fit for anyone to stay. The room was in the 400s upstairs zone.

Not a good experience

The Clarion name is on the back of the hotel and Regency is on the front of the hotel. When you use the gps and arrive at the hotel you'll think your at the wrong hotel, the color of the hotel is different from the color on the internet.The receptionist didn't have proper customer service skills. The hallway was dirty and cold. The room smelled like cigarette smoke but it clearly states it's a "smoke free" property. The people that was in the room across from us was very noisy they were letting the door slam, going in and out of their room all time of night, talking loud. The hotel clearly needs some improvements.The kitchen staff was very nice Ms Santa and Mr. Pedro
