SHARED FIREPIT: The evening firepit is a wonderful shared amenity for all cottages on the property. It`s a great place to meet other travelers and watch the beautiful sunset over the water.

SECURITY: For your security, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring outdoor areas.
No Smoking
Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
