This was our second stay at 290B, our first being several years ago. That original visit left a great impression—the home was very clean, well‑maintained, and had everything needed for a group of about ten. The location is excellent, just a five‑minute walk to the beach with a small ocean view from ground level.This year our family group was larger, so we ended up in two rentals. I chose this property again because of how much we enjoyed it before. I stayed here with one of our daughters and three of our grandchildren.I arrived a day early and found that the home wasn’t as clean as expected due to recent painting and drywall repair. The workers hadn’t cleaned up the dust or notified the owner that a follow‑up cleaning was needed. I contacted James, and he resolved the issue immediately. He followed up personally and made sure everything was perfect before the rest of the family arrived. His responsiveness made a big difference.Once everything was sorted out, we had another wonderful stay. My grandchildren from New York loved their first real ocean beach experience, and my oldest grandson finding a shark tooth on the last day was the highlight of the trip.We would gladly stay here again next year, depending on how many family members join us. This property remains one of our favorites.
