When I arrived at the hotel, that side of town had lost power. Hotel staff was informative and had a plan in place regarding check in. We left got something to eat and when we came back about 45 mins later power had been restored, and I was checked in, in less than 10 mins. The room exceeded my expectations, I had a beautiful ocean view, it was clean and stocked with everything needed, and even more looked exactly as pictured. I will definitely be returning!

Balcony view absolutely stunning. Staff super nice and rooms very clean and comfortable. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be housekeeping knocking at the door at 8:45 AM and checkout was at 10 AM. Then the front desk started texting texting at 9 AM reminding us to check out by 10am. And if that wasn’t enough as we were taking our bags, downstairs, housekeeping was sitting on a bench IN FRONT of our door waiting until we left the room. It was just a little too pushy for me. Signs to checkout BY 10 AM is plastered everywhere, so trust me we saw it. Overall, STILL a good experience and I would go back. I absolutely recommend. OAN: Expedia may have the checkout time listed as 11 AM but it’s 10 AM.

Everything was great! Check in was quick and early. Room was spacious, had everything we needed. Pillows and blankets super nice, bed was perfect. Water pressure in shower was awesome. It was not right on the beach but across the street which was fine cause it was cold. We still had a nice view of the water. I would def stay here again. The room was clean & spacious with all the amenities we needed for our stay and the staff was courteous. If you have a larger or oversized vehicle, parking will be a problem. We got back to the hotel each day around 6 pm & had problems parking our vehicle everyday of our stay. They have an additional parking garage in back that they said could accommodate larger vehicles but it was exactly the same problem as the hotels garage….just an FYI. I’m not leaving my vehicle on the street.

The room was fantastic. It was super clean, which I always appreciate, and those beds were so comfortable—I slept great! The bathroom was a winner, too, especially the water pressure! Plus, they included all these little extras: a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, stove,and a full-size refrigerator that genuinely made the space feel cozy and just like being at home.
