In all honesty, I have nothing to review because the room wasn't even available once we arrived. Booking was confirmed, yet no room. Luckily the staff was very understanding and was able to locate a room with an even better view and at a much better price....because from what the staff stated, this isn't an actual full ocean view. Overall, this booking is extremely overpriced, especially for a room that you may not even get to stay in.

Great stay, check in was terrible though

My husband and I had a great time and the room was as described and very clean. The indoor hot tub was just what the Dr. ordered as well as the great view from our room. The hotels check in process was terrible though. We stood in line for almost 2 hours waiting to be checked in.

Mattress covers were not clean, had blood and other liquid stains, was hard getting new bedding, and requested pillows and bed cover never got them.. upon trying to pack my car, staff blocked my car, threatening calling police and tow truck!! What service for paying customers!!!!

Room was reserved to had to get queen beds instead of king suite , noisy, crowded, outdated. Beds slept awful. Bathroom way to small and parking oh my Word. Websites really need to show accurate pictures and info. We will not return
