Property was as pictured. Close to the beach and my kids loved all the different pools and the on site water park. We used the pool at our tower multiple times a day as it was mostly empty all the time.

It was a great location for beach access and the water park for children. They allow you to bring chairs into the water park if chairs are all occupied. The rooms were big enough for our family but a bit outdated compared to photos. I would much rather pay for the name brand hotels in comparison to this location.

We checked in to the Tower Villas and Suites. First let me say this is not a hotel it’s more like a motel. Very old, dirty, and outdated. My 3 year old wouldn’t even stay there. I did contact the desk and they moved me immediately to the resort condos and it was BEAUTIFUL. The area is really unorganized, confusing, and the parking situation was not properly thought out, but the resort is nice. I will absolutely stay here again however, NOT in the villas or tower suites. 10/10 recommend the resort condos!

The pools indoor and outdoor was amazing . Their is. A kitchen and bar on site and mini store arcade room and a waterpark all was amazing staff was very friendly . Had a issue with my room key they came very fast

I had stayed here before, but today I ended up in Tower 1, and it feels like a cheap, low-end hotel; I’m leaving disappointed and really felt it was overpriced—though the check-in service was excellent. The cleanliness in the room was very poor.

The room in Tower 1 was wonderful. 3 queen beds, kitchen and a bathroom w 2 toilets! We had so much room! The room was clean and parking was great! The restaurant had a nice view of the beach. I’ll be staying there again!

Easy check in process, staff was nice. But overall this place is a 3/10. This is in Tower II and you're like 2 streets over from the main resort building. The pictures are deceiving, the best/semi cleanest area was the kitchen. The room where the beds are is super dingy, the box spring mattresses are stained. The bed closest to the entry is broken and I'm not sure if it was advertised this way but the beds ARE NOT QUEEN. The floors are disgusting, I had a hard time keeping shoes on my toddler's feet and they were black. Its clear that the area is not cleaned properly as we found things left by past guest. The rug in the sitting area is disgusting, the phones do not work, every lamp and the clock was unplugged and who wants to reach behind the disgusting furniture. Bathroom... Its just a no... Lastly, it is ocean view however you are not on the beach. I will NEVER book Sand Dunes again. Overly priced for the look even with the water park.

Third year staying here. First year we’ve seen ROACHES everywhere. We told the hotel front desk who told us to tell the “maintenance guy” who was just a pool boy. The pool boy said to us “what do you want me to do about it? I don’t carry bug spray”… after doing some research the American cockroaches are relatively normal that we saw outside but the German cockroaches are not supposed to be inside!! Told them again at the front desk same guy was there and he said “well did you tell maintenance? I’ll talk to them.” We asked for a room change and they said they’d get back to us. That never happened. Beach access was great. Food was great before we noticed the roaches now we can’t eat there. Pools were clean. Never any towels on the racks even when they first open. Probably won’t come back simply because of the way they handled our concerns

Great place for families of all ages

This place was great!! Grand kids and parents loved the lazy river and water park. Right on the beach, great views and lots of restaurants and snack bars. Highly recommended for families. We'll be back next year for sure!

2 Bedroom Villa- a nice little family getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised with the 2 bedroom villa we stayed in. After reading reviews (after booking the rooms) I was prepared for disappointment, but that wasn’t the case. The villa was nice, parking was fantastic, the views were pretty good. It was on par with any other beach rental we’ve stayed at; no better, no worse. Teresa, who check us in, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We plan to return again!
