A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. Grab a seat at the bar or gather around the dining table for 4, which is great for meals, morning coffee, or getting a little work done.

Guest Access:

🔑 The entire condo is yours, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, laundry, and the private covered patio.



• You're also welcome to enjoy the community's shared amenities, including the pool, kids' pool, hot tub, and grill and picnic area. Your pool access card is in the condo.



• Park up to 2 vehicles on-site using the 2 parking passes in the condo.



• Your unique door code will be sent before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo and let yourself in.

Set in the River Oaks area of Myrtle Beach, this condo offers a quiet, relaxed, residential feel surrounded by golf courses, while keeping you close to it all. Nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions make it an easy home base for your getaway.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Grand Strand, and free on-site parking for 2 vehicles is included. It's a short drive to the beach, golf, restaurants, and attractions. Ride-share services are also available in the area.

▶︎ Parking

• Free parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your vehicles at all times.

• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorcycles, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• The HOA requires the primary guest to be 21 or older.



▶︎ Length of Stay

• Stays are up to 20 nights. Longer stays are available by request and must be approved before booking.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine HOA pest control is done monthly. Please allow access for the scheduled service.



▶︎ Beach Gear

• Beach gear isn't provided, but seasonal chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

• We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
