Perfect condo for a summer trip. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen , laundry room and plenty of space for the whole family. located on the ocean just a block from the family kingdom. There are nice ocean views from the balcony. Tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We are in a quiet building but still in the midst of everything. A very sought after area just 1 mile from sky wheel & pier

We were in town for 4th of July so it may have been busier than normal. The place was clean but still smelled like someone smoked in there. Parking on property is a challenge but the overflow parking a block or so away was easy. The elevators worked sometimes. A single trash can in the whole place. Would have liked a broom and dust pan to handle sand. Keurig machine but no pods. No coffee maker. AC worked well. Very spacious. Marajuana smell prevalent everywhere. Place next door is a bit dumpy. Beds were comfortable. The place itself is well appointed.

This was by far my favorite place i have ever stayed at in myrtle. we spent 2 weeks there and was given the royal treatment by RAY!!!! The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR

Overall our stay was amazing. Easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was easy to communicate with, & he made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning for another trip at some point in the future.
