The hotel is dirty and outdated very badly. The room is right beside the elevator and it was loud all hours of the day and night. Your bedroom is as soon as you walk in so you hear everything.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! Upon entering the room we noticed the smell of mildew! Within 15 minutes of being in the property I began having an asthma attack. I looked up at the ceiling in the bedroom and the entire ceiling was covered in black mold. You can actually see where they attempted to paint over it. Disgusting! I immediately notified Todd regarding my medical emergency but did not get a response until the morning. My family and I vacated the property immediately and never returned. We ended up having to find different accommodations. Due to the fact that we were in the property for less than 2 hours, we requested a refund and were even willing to pay for the 1st night. Todd refused to refund us our money and had no compassion for the amount of stress this situation caused me and my family! He tried to offer us another one of his properties the next day, however at that point trust was broken. Based in our conversations with Todd, I’m sure he’ll respond by saying we made this all up and there was no medical emergency. Typical reaction for someone with no compassion. We would never willingly pay for accommodations twice, we were forced, due to the poor condition of Todd’s condo. This whole situation was very disheartening. STAY FAR AWAY!!
