Beautiful, Warm and cozy 2BR condo on the 1st floor. Open space, located in the heart of MB, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club grounds, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*2 Queen beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

* Washer/dryer available in unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Pool access with code and bracelets. 6 bracelets and key fob is provided. There is $100 fee for each missing/broken fob and $20 for bracelet

This was an great place to stay, and I only have one complaint or suggestion. We stayed for a week, and wanted to watch College and Pro football over the weekend. The unit we were in has "cut the cord" with no options for any local channels or live TV. So unless you have your own streaming service that will give you live TV, do not expect anything but streaming/free content.
