Our family stayed at this hotel for our family trip. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. The room upon appearance seemed cleaned and comfy. Our room included 2 Queen sized bed. The small refrigerator and counter top stove came in handy. Our TV came on but it didn’t pick up any channels other than the guide channel. I later discovered a baby roach mashed on the wall in the bathroom. When we woke up the next morning there was a roach in the refrigerator. Since we were checking out the next day I didn’t make a fuss out of it. I didn’t see anymore during our stay. I stayed in room 103 which was very close to the pool. Had there not been roaches in my room the stay would have been great. We received free breakfast passes to eat at the restaurant across the street. The restaurant was really good and had friendly staff as well. Some (not all) of my family also experienced roaches in their room along with ants. Although the front desk staff during the day was nice I won’t be booking with this hotel again. Although the hotel appeared clean and it’s right on the beach, they need to have their room deep cleaned and exterminated for insects before I would even consider staying here again.
