Very nice unit for a single person, like me, to stay in. The entrance is into a bedroom with two beds. The next area is a kitchen, which is opposite a bathroom. The back area is a living room with a couch, a table, and a chair. There is a pull-down bed in that area as well. I can't remember if the couch is a pull-out bed, but if so, then 6 to 8 people could stay in this unit, but would have to share one bathroom. The unit is on the 7th floor. The view in the back (with balcony and chairs) is of the ocean, but not the beach/sand. There is an area on the 7th floor that is very accessible, and where one can view the beach/sand. There is a pool with two jacuzzis on the 7th floor, just across from this unit (very convenient). The beach is very accessible from the 1st floor. Parking is in parking decks, with one being attached to the main building and a second one across the street. If one has a larger vehicle, this could present a problem, as there is some tight negotiation in areas of the parking decks. The unit was very clean and accommodating. I would consider renting this unit again.
