No room service, no cleaning of the room for my 4 day stay. Heated pool was cold. They charged $17.00/ day for parking without disclosing it. The garage was empty. I could have parked in the street if given a choice. No one answered the phone. They claimed they were understaffed but the hotel was almost empty! My reservation included taxes but hotel charged extra for taxes.

Entire property is run down, no heating in the room when temperatures drop to 35 degrees a little heat would be nice. Bathroom is disfigured, in order to use the sink you must first sit on the toilet to close the door. The property needs to be completely remodeled. The staff falls short of responding to requests and terrible customer service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the sir at the entrance was so polite and friendly, guided us around and explained the buildings greatly. Hotel is very nice, clean, rooms were great breakfast was really good.

The customer service was nice. The view oceanfront was excellent. The complaints I have is that there were dust everywhere. It looks like housekeeping has not been in that room in months. The TV stand had dust all over it the back boards of the bed. You still see fingerprints all over it and the comforters if you hold them up by the light, you see black stuff look like mode all in them, we did come the front desk for more comforters. They look the same. We just took them off the bed. Doubletree used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay in. I was so disappointed with the Doubletree conditions of the room
