The room smelled like urine, there was mold on the ceiling, the shower didn't work right and you couldn't get hot water, the tv although worked the screen had a burn out spot on it. This place is terrible and when I said something to the front desk, I was told we are starting renovations soon. I want my money back.

I had to switch rooms 3 times! Well the first room had an ice machine right on the wall of the room that was very noisy and when I first got in the room the ice machine dropped ice and it sounded like it was in the room so I called down to see if I could get another room she said she didn't know if she had one and then said I have another room, the second room had the very loud beeping of the smoke detector so I called down to explain this and called the front desk again and asked for someone to change the battery she said she had no idea when that would be.so i said I would have to find another place to stay and she said very rudely I'll have to see if I can get you another room and seemed to be very annoyed and inconvenienced about all the issues with the rooms and when I went down to the desk to get new keys every time they were just sitting on the counter and she was in the office just sitting there and didn't even acknowledge me! So I got to the third room and the toilet won't stop running so being totally exhausted after traveling and had a very bad day I just lifted the lid on the toilet and stopped it myself and did so every time I used the bathroom! I will never stay here again or at another Quality Inn by Radisson or any other Radisson establishment again! This hotel experience has been one of the worst and if I wasn't so exhausted I would have left!!!!!! I WORN AND SUGGESTED ANYONE FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Apparently there is a bar next door and the music was so loud couldn’t hear the tv on 25. Given room next to ice machine which was loud and carpet was filthy. Continental breakfast looked unappealing.

Think twice Radisson not like it use to be!

Rooms and halls were all carpeted and all i can say is horrible stains and dirt furniture dirty stained had to clean filter in ac sneezing constant they were filthy, breakfast was ok at least hot, toilet not bolted down like sitting in rocking chair

I usually dont write reviews, but our room was absolutely disgusting. I dont know how they are allowed to keep room prices what they are with the state of their hotel. Our room was musty, the walls and ceiling had mold, and everything was very outdated and unclean. I would recommend just about anywhere else to stay.

Dirtiest hotel , Carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.. Rooms were only cleaned every 3rd day had dogs barking at night and cold breakfast would not recommend anyone to stay

This place was horrible. There was grease and dirt on the elevator control panel, lobby stank. From there it only got worse - on the 5 th floor where are room was the carpet was filthy, and appeared to have dried vomit in hall. Room had broken towel rack hanging from the wall by only one screw, fixtures in bathtub leaked. Black grease on the walls, yellow stained paint everywhere, holes in multiple places where pictures taken down and not patched. The sheets appears clean at least. Checked out the following morning after one night of a 2 night stay, lady in the lobby did not ask why we were leaving a day early but made sure that we ended up paying for both days in spite of only staying one. There is just no reason for a name brand hotel to let quality go like this and I hope someone at Radisson cares enough about their brand to intervene and shut this rat trap down.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Carpets throughout facility were dirty and trash everywhere. Headboards had black gummy particles. Lamps rusty and dirty. Heard same complaints of how nasty this hotel is from other guest on elevator. The surrounding area felt unsafe. I would never stay at this hotel or any hotel affiliated with Country Inn and suites. Was a first and last for us !

It was great for a spur of the moment trip. My granddaughter lived the waffle breakfast! The only negative was the pool not being open.
