Enjoy peaceful direct oceanfront views, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, beach access, garage parking and more at Royal Garden. It's just a short walk to either the Garden City Pier or the Surfside Pier and the rest of what Garden City has to offer, plus there is an on-site restaurant. Unit 503 has one king bed, two twins and a sleeper sofa, plus a well-appointed kitchen and calming beach-themed decoration - the perfect getaway with the sound of the seagulls and the waves!

We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, candles, no hair dying. Bikes are NOT allowed in the rooms.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Josh was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. This is the second time we have stayed at Royal Garden. Our grandson’s enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool which is right by the beach access.
