The Space:

Welcome to your next vacation - Compass Cove Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC!



Our beachfront condo is conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It’s ideally located less than 5 minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport, tons of local dining options, the Whispering Pines Golf Course, mini-golf and amusement parks.



It is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! This recently updated condo comfortably sleeps 6 and features two Queen beds and a murphy bed. The unit is perfect for a couple, group of friends or family beach retreat. Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies.



Compass cove features some the best amenities available at any resort in Myrtle Beach. Onsite there are twenty-three amazing pool features including both indoor and out pools, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, kiddie pools, splash pads, other water and game attractions.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities! Ocean views from the kitchen!



Living Area: Seating! TV. Murphy pull down. Balcony access.



Bed Area: 2 queen beds. TV.



Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.



Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed oceanview. 7th floor!



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/ trash bags/bath towels is provided, but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Water Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Twenty-three amazing pool features. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. All the pools except the indoor section with the water slides ARE available. Commercially owned features include front desk services, the water slides, the Tiki Bar, Joe's Coffee Bar, Compass Rose Restaurant, Crow's Nest, laundry room, Arcade, gift shop, business center, and fitness room - these are not available for your use with this condo.

The unit is located in Compass Cove - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 2.3 miles

- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 1.8 miles

- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 4.3 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



The HOA conducts scheduled pest control treatments throughout the complex. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
