The Space:

Private 2 Bed Loft situated just above The Grand Strand Brewing Company in the heart of Myrtle Beach is this modern and stylish getaway!



This unit has a Private room with a Queen size bed along with a Queen size bed pushed off to the side when you walk in the door.



Brand new and professionally furnished throughout, this loft getaway includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.



Spacious living space with comfy sofa and HDTV. Guests must use stairs, no elevator at the property.



All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



**Please Note - Minimum age of 21 required to rent this unit.
