Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo on the Golden Mile

If you are looking for the perfect getaway, this condo is for you! Located on the golden mile in Myrtle Beach, we have the best beach along the Grand Strand (I’m not biased or anything). We have a beautiful view of the ocean and the north end of the beach. We are a quick 10-15 min ride to the airport depending on traffic, 5-7 min from Broadway at the Beach, and 10-15 min from the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. We hope you come and enjoy our home away from home! We have a duel Kurig coffee maker with a basket of treats to get you started when you arrive

Very Nice Stay

18th Floor location/large balcony gave excellent unobstructed views of ocean plus NMB coastline. Condo was clean, large smart TVs and power leather couch for comfortable movie night reclining. Pool was also very nice and clean. The three elevators worked great - minimal wait times. Luggage carts available for groceries, bags, etc. Only negatives (1) parking garage very compact - difficulty going up/down floors (2) bathroom could use a hand grip to assist in/out of tub as well as hand-held shower head set. Great place and will stay again!

Great Hoat

We were here during hurricane Ian and Katie called to check on us and reassure us which was very nice. The building had some electrical and water issues afterwards and Katie was very responsive and kept us updated on the restoration of both. We had a good stay and the condo worked great for the two of us.

Great beach getaway

The property was very clean and the view from the patio is very nice. Well-maintained and very comfortable. Close proximity to the beach just across the road and there’s a sidewalk nearby should you wish to go for a walk/run.

Family Vacation

We all had our own Condos. Our 2 daughters and their families. We all had a great time. Beach wasn’t crowded. Only issue was an elevator was down. Makes it kind of hard to get to the 18th floor.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PROPERTY!

This condo was absolutely beautiful!! Well furnished and the view from the balcony is spectacular!! Even though the property itself is older you did NOT feel that when you were in the space. Great ocean access and the pool was nice to have if you wanted it. It's in a quieter neighborhood but safe for walking to the nearby restraunts and bars. Would be nice if the property itself had those available but they do not. But the parking garage...TERRIBLE!! The host was awesome and quick to respond to our needs. Will DEFINITLY be back!! LOVED IT!!
