Great location
After asking Stephanie if we could check in 2 hours early, I was told a text would be sent if it was ready. Needless to say, it was not ready early. The bigger problem was the cleanliness of this unit. Both bathrooms were dirty (especially toilets and showers), handle on sliding door was broken, no lamps, unit needed vacuuming and mopping... Unit was very convenient to beach which we enjoyed.

Excellent location.
We really enjoyed the property because it was so close to everything! The condo was layed out very nicely. The only complaint we had was the air conditioning. When we arrived the A/C was on 75 and we weren't able to turn it down. We tried to contact the propery manager and they closed after we checked in. That was on Saturday and the office was closed on Sunday. It was so hot and uncomfortable. My wife finally contacted someone on an emergency number (after trying most of the day Sunday), The problem was mostly corrected. The A/C would turn off if we were gone most of the day. It was very strange...

Condo was clean and quiet. Parking was difficult for family. Only 1 spot reserved for unit. 2nd car had to find own spot. Usually there was something out front but not always
