Under the Oaks is a two-bedroom, two-bath single story cottage overlooking the tennis courts in the gated golf course community of Wachesaw Plantation. It is within walking distance to club amenities. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three TVs (55-inch TV with Roku in living room, 42-inch TVs in bedrooms, one with Roku) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds. Outdoor amenities include a screened-in porch, and gas grill. Wachesaw Plantation amenities include the award-winning, Tom Fazio designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, pool complex, and Magnolia's Pool Bar. This property is a duplex. Only two parking spaces are allotted per cottage. Additional cars will be removed at the tenant’s expense. Trash pick-up at the cottage is every Thursday. Dog-friendly.
