The TV said Welcome when we entered the room and I did feel welcomed! The front desk staff was very sweet and explained amenities. The breakfast was free and they had a variety of items to choose from. The place was very clean.

Nice and friendly staff, room comfortable though an older hotel. Accommodating for an hour late check out so you can grab lunch before getting back on the road. Room had sufficient amount of towels for your stay. Plenty of food options and shopping within a 10m drive

We won't be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

Receptionist was totally unpleasant and unwilling to accommodate our desire to be on the first floor instead of the 2nd floor because "we placed the reservation with a 3rd party". The hotel was not nearly full. She kept saying "I can't change the room because it was made through a third party." I contacted Hotels.com through chat and you called her and cancelled the reservation. Therefore we drove on for 4 more hours until we arrived home. I can't understand why they would be so obdurate!
