Smelled like someone had urinated on the floor and it just stayed there and was never cleaned Close to shopping and entertainment would’ve been a great stay just smelled horrible Didn’t like that they provided shampoo and hand soap in dispensers on the walls If you’re older or handicap, bathtub could be a challenge Was very dark in the room, though that is a plus for my stay, I cannot sleep with the light Was quiet Was clean other than the urinating smell

Should have had questions when prepayment was non refundable. Very old style 2story motel with what looked like long term residents hanging around. Didn’t stay and forfeited my payment. On to a better place. Hope others don’t have my luck

I had a paid for reservation but was denied a room because they sold all of them. They told me both that I didn’t have a reservation and that since I didn’t check in before midnight that it was canceled. Yes that’s right, you can’t check in after midnight. It’s an absolute ridiculous policy. Went through so much trouble getting my money back too, ended up having to sleep in vehicle because all hotels were full. On top of it all, the person was EXTREMELY rude to me about the whole situation. As if I didn’t have a reservation that was paid for already and was just walking in off the street asking to stay there for free. Awful awful awful experience.
