"We loved the peaceful setting, it was exactly what we were looking for. I am sure in the Spring and Summer it is a wonderful place to be outside. The weather was in the 30's during our stay, but I still enjoyed the back porch bundled up looking at the river. The house is electric baseboard, but has a pellet stove that we were allowed to use. When we arrived, the home was very cold (the weather did have a sudden cold snap) and the pellet stove got the house warmed up adequately. We were thankful for a propane grill to use outside, and a full kitchen so we really could stay without having to go to town. We would stay again!"

"This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets & pillows. Bathrooms are also well stocked. Great yard for our dog too!"
