Everything was amazing! As a family of three with a 16-month-old toddler, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location by the beach was perfect. The food offered plenty of choice, including options for young children. We would happily return and highly recommend it to families

Great hotel for families. The quality of the food is very good compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve visited, although the desserts could be improved. My daughter had a great time! It’s important to note that the hotel does not provide any service or setup on the beach. You’re basically limited to using the hotel pool, or you have to pay a high daily fee to rent sunbeds and similar amenities. The sun lounger situation is a nightmare. Many guests “reserve” them early by leaving their towels and then don’t return for hours, preventing others from using them. Unfortunately, this happens all over Europe, but this hotel does not take any action to enforce its no-reservation policy. That said, even considering these drawbacks, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. We genuinely loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Pros: very well situated on a beautiful beach , hotel is clean staff is very nice. cons : they surcharge everything, exp. For breakfast you have access to filtered water and coffee machine supper time they close them off with a blind and charge you for filtered water that they fill in a bottle from the same machine. I found that to be very cheap!!

Hotel was overpriced but our stay was in August so that may have something to do with the excessive prices. The hotel overall was unimpressive. It is a basic beach resort hotel. Food was usually buffet style and not appetizing. The rooms had mosquitoes. They were reasonably spacious and AC in rooms made it comfortable to sleep.

Rooms very basic with malfunctioning shower

Rooms are not 4 star - very small, shower was just dropping, needed to call 3 times technician, no excuse, bathroom was always torally under water after having taken a showet, street very noisy even with closed windows swimming pool area and beach access are nice; but with these rooms a relaxing stay is not possible Price was much too high for this kind of room
