This is a nice hotel very near the central railway station. It has a good service, rooms are nice and clean, and lobby bar is also quite nice even nothing exceptional. The only small problem was that our both key cards stopped to work a couple of times. There are fancier hotels in Munich, but this is a very good and practical option.
