Everything was great except the WiFi connection was not working reliably enough and extremely slow. One day my husband and I even had to use the phone as hot spot. As someone whose job relies on a stable and fast connection, I will most likely not return.

Great location right across from the central train station and within walking distance to most attractions in the city. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable, and breakfast was good. Check-in staff were friendly offering advice on local attractions and helping identify locations on a map. The hotel bar was small but had good bar food and the bar staff were top notch. Attentive and friendly. Nice to chat with the bar staff when I'm travelling solo!

Upon reading the reviews I would agree with some not others. I found every member of staff extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Staff always on hand for every need. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Negatives: It is not 5 star. Housekeeping awful. Paper cups, wooden stick instead of a spoon. No shaving mirror in bathroom. Lack of sockets. No mirror except in the bathroom. Never replaced or washed up. Made the beds, changed towels. That was all. Had to ask for robes for the spa which should have been in the room already. Pool freezing could not use. No hot tub as advertised. Sauna ALWAYS naked men. As a women this is uncomfortable and unnecessary. Could not use this either. Room faced a table dancing venue. Shouting and screaming all night. Police there last night. You should be able to stream the Tv. I had a pleasant stay but will not return.

The room was very spacious, and it was hard for us to leave. The only thing that could be improved is the check-in process, as it was a bit slow. Aside from that, the breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of options. We had hot water, and our stay was very pleasant. After checking out, they kindly stored our luggage for a few hours, which we really appreciated.

The security deposit of 200 euros was a surprise. The hotel public areas were clean. The room was dark and could have done with additional lighting. Bathroom wall had splash marks down it next to the toilet, there was a hatch partially open in the bathroom ceiling, the shower would not lock out on the rail, so kept slipping down. The breakfast was amazing with a large choice. On check out we were told our security deposit would be refunded in 3-5 days, we are still waiting and have subsequently been told by customer service it could be up to 14 days?? Will go back, but next time kick up a fuss if anything is wrong.

The good: Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, nice spa, amazing service. Food in restaurant was reasonable and the restaurant has lovely design. Minutes from main train station yet inside you feel like in sanctuary. Short distance to historic centre. metro at doorstep. The bad: please ensure that TVs have option to stream own content - add chrxomecast boxes or similar - its 21st century... Hotel staff sorted it by adding HDMI cable as I had own stream box but most travelers will expect to be able to mirror device directly.
