The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious. A bonus is the hotel is close to a small local Christmas market when I was there but also just close to a lot of shopping and easy transportation to get around. Breakfast was great as well! I can’t wait to visit again and I would definitely stay here again.

The water in the hotel was out 3 days in a row. Couldn't shower. The room staff wasn't great. They forgot to replenish coffee, glasses, water, etc. The front desk was not helpful with the water situation and there was no compensation for this problem.

This was my first time ever in Germany and staying at K + K Hotel was exceptional! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were designed very well and the breakfast was amazing! I loved the small bar area as well. I loved that there were so many choices of restaurants and cafes so close by. If I’m ever back in Germany again, I would stay here.

Second rate hotel, certainly not a 4*! Far from downtown, making the center hard to reach with Munich's unreliable transit system. Reception staff not always friendly. Only 1 English channel on the TV, and it's MTV, I'm not a teenager anymore. After I had an argument with a receptionist, he lied and noted in my record that I'd been smoking in the room, so the hotel could rob me of €150. Would never stay here again.

Lovely stay, rooms and breakfast. My only feedback would be that we booked a double room and got a twin, with the beds right next to each other. It was ok, but not quite the same as a double bed. Perhaps these rooms should not be sold as doubles. Thank you.

Good central location. Very close to public transit stops. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is pretty basic in north America so I did not check that the room did not have it and was surprised to not have it in the room. Reception did offer us to use the microwave in their kitchen which was nice. I definitely forgot a sweater which was a special gift, called them same day to inform about it but they said it was not found... didn't expect that in an honorable country such as Germany, in a city like Munich.
