Having the ability to do laundry & leave our bags made this stay for us!! There was one 6” x 6” square on a wall under the desk that was a metal grid—looked like it was in the midst of being repaired. As a family traveling with an adult child—the room lay-out worked well for us.

Hotel is well located to the train station and not a long walk into town . The hotel is a self check in ,which went well . There is a sister hotel across the street with staff that can help if there's a problem. The room was good ,there was the rumble of the trams outside but not enough to stop me from sleeping . There is a self storage for luggage in the basement (which we used ) . I had trouble opening the locker ,turn the knob opposite to what you think. Good hotel ,good location

The hotel was great, but as always with these kind of enterprises, lacks human touch. Also, the kitchen cabinet was closed and not usable. If you don't use the room service they give you a coupon which can't be used for breakfast, only for drinks...I find it weird.

Really nice and cosy accommodations for a weeks stay in Munich, location is 10/10, staff are great, easy self check in and check out. Bathroom was fantastic, big shower and mirror. My only complaint was that I thought the kitchen package came with salt and oil but we had neither, regardless though the use of the kitchenette for 20Euro per day was good. The laundry facilities in the basement were appreciated also, clean and cheap.
