This is not a 4-star hotel. We have stayed in 3-star hotels that were significantly better. Rooms had no AC, there was no room service and frankly the beds were not very clean. We were charged for parking yet had to park on the street because the garage door was broken. After it got fixed, we found the parking very difficult for getting in and out. Overall, we would not want to stay here again.

I was not given water heater for the four days I asked them. I was not even allowed to take coffee or tea even from the coffee machine but was asked to take only hot water. I have to carry from ground floor to 6 floor hot water in cups for my old parents but they refused to allow us to take it from the machine and sit on the ground floor and eat. Overall it was till now the worst experience in Germany. I regret for booking this hotel. Its not well connected from main station too. Its nearer to one of the tourist spot. Thats all. Otherwise i will not recommend anyone. This property should be removed from the corporate employee options. The behavior of most of the staff was very rude except one lady who really tried to guide me in seeing Munich 🙏 And we were not given wifi even for the entire 4 days. We had to shift one room as they gave a defective room on the first day. The second room was better, but had no windows just because it had a small balcony door. A very inconvenient place to stay. I felt very bad as my parents experience this in their first stay of hotel in their Europe trip. Overall in my 5 years stay in Germany, i have never got such worst experience.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla per 2 notti e abbiamo ricevuto questo: Polvere e sporcizia dappertutto, moquette sudicia, wc incrostato, piastrelle della doccia piene di muffa, terzo ospite PAGANTE fatto dormire su una squallida branda di un divano letto sfondato, inoltre il receptionist voleva farci pagare le colazioni a parte (ben 16 euro a persona) pur essendo comprese nel costo della camera prenotata. Non comprendo come sia possibile far soggiornare degli ospiti in una situazione cosí carente, ospiti che soprattutto non erano nuovi all’hotel (avevamo già pernottato altre 4 volte trovandoci abbastanza bene). Peccato. La stessa recensione sarà mia premura pubblicarla su Google allegando le fotografie.

Bilder der Unterkunft/Zimmer stimmen bei weitem nicht mit der Realität überein. Zimmer/Bad sind ziemlich abgenutzt und alt. Wer will schon mit einem Duschvorhang duschen? Das Personalwar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, speziell im Nassbereich ließ jedoch sehr starkzu wünschen übrig ( Trockenflecken an Dusche und Amaturen, Defekte und schmutzige Dichtungen in der Dusche, dicke Staubschicht auf der Glühlampe in der Lampe am Bett). Die Tiefgarage ist ein echtes Abenteuererlebnis bei der dunklen und extrem engen Ein- und Ausfahrt.

Sijainti sopi meille hyvin ja lähelle pääsi yleisillä kulkuneuvoilla. Hotelli ja huone ei vastannut varaussivuston kuvaa/kuvausta lainkaan. Huone oli kulunut, likainen ja ummehtunut, eikä siellä ollut lainkaan kuvauksessa mainittua vuodesohvaa. Lattialta löytyi iso lasin siru, verhojen takaa vanhoja esitteitä ja pöytälamppua (ei toiminut) siirrettäessä lääkkeitä, siivous siis aivan ala-arvoista. Sänky oli noin 30cm korkeudella lattiasta, todella hankala nousta ylös. Lisätyynyjä ei huoneessa ollut, eikä niitä pyynnöistä huolimatta löytynyt koko hotellista. Aamulla herätessä oli pahat allergiaoireet, johtuen likaisesta kokolattiamatosta, tyynyistä ja peitosta. Kylpyhuone oli pieni ja kulunut, vessanpönttö heti oven edessä, ohi piti kiemurrella että pääsi käsiä pesemään. Kuvauksessa oli maininta että huoneessa olisi suihku, ei pitänyt paikkaansa, meillä oli likainen kylpyamme. Aamupala oli kallis (16€/henkilö), eikä tuotteita täydennetty enää niiden loputtua, vaikka aikaa aamupalan päättymiseen oli vielä runsaasti. Ainoa tuore vihannes oli aamupalalla tomaattilohkot, lisäksi oli säilykehedelmäsalaatti ja muutamia erilaisia kokonaisia hedelmiä. Kahvi, leikkele, juusto ja leipävalikoima oli hyvä. Ravintolasali oli siisti.

Das Hotel zeigt Fotos vom Wellnessbereich, der gar nicht zum Hotel gehört, das ist Täuschung. Das Frühstück war sehr Simpel und dafür völlig überteuert. Die Zimmer waren nur bedingt sauber, das Licht im Bad war unbrauchbar. Die Toilette konnte man eigentlich nicht benutzen (Konstruktionsfehler aus den 80ern) …

Immer wieder gerne

Nun gut, "anschmiegsame" Duschvorhänge oder handgesägte Lüftungsschlitze in der Badezimmertür mögen nicht mehr so ganz up to date sein, trotzdem ist mir das Ambietne der schön großen Zimmer weitaus lieber als die meisten modernen Glasbunker in denen man nicht einmal mehr ein Fenster öffnen kann um zu lüften. Auch die angenehm freundlichen Mitarbeiter sind ein absoluter Pluspunkt!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster und Balkontüren schliessen oder öffnen z.T. nicht mehr ganz. Etwas umständlich zu betretendes Badezimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Super dass es einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt! Die Zimmer sind schön groß und teilw. mit Balkon was ich als sehr angenehm empfand.

Hier war ich schon mehr als 20 Mal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplätze in der Umgebung am Wochenende für umme (Infanteriestr.). Sehr große Zimmer. Für Ausgehen am Wochenende in Schwabing ideal.
