Check in was very easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and fresh. Bed was a little firm for and the pillows weren’t that great for me. Good sizes window which could be opened wide for ventilation. Furniture in the room was sparse.One desk chair and one occasional chair. No fridge in the room. A big minus for me. There was a convenient self serve area on the third floor with a cooktop, oven, microwave and two washing machines and dryers. 3.5 euro per cycle. Minimal cooking utensils so you wouldn’t be cooking much. It was clean and tidy and you could help yourself to extra towels, soap and toilet paper. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast was basic but good for the price. They could have mixed it up a little, the same every morning. They had eggs in a bain marie but the sausages were left in pans and pots on a stove top and were cold. No pastries or cakes if you enjoy that for Breakfast. Coffee machines did not make the greatest coffee.

Comfort concerns

The weather was strange and we had some trouble with determining the correct temperature. Also there were comforters on the beds. Just a sheet or just a sheet and blanket would have been nice options. The bathroom shower had a slick floor and you ought to do something about that. Also grab-bars in the shower would help. I know that those are not wanted universally but grabbing onto the show controls is not ideal.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a nice neighbourhood area with superb transport links. The U3, tram 20, and some buses terminate next to the hotel so it is very easy to get in and around the city, and the S1 train stops there and runs between the city and the airport so it is also incredibly easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean and very well-presented, with friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with really helpful and efficient staff. The room itself was clean, spacious and very well-equipped with a large ensuite, closet, desk, TV and air con.

Outstanding Experience at Harry's Hotel Apartment! I highly recommend Harry's Hotel Apartment to families seeking a convenient, comfortable, and quiet retreat. The hotel's proximity to train, bus, and tram stations makes commuting a breeze. The staff went above and beyond, assisting me in purchasing group tickets, which was a huge plus! The adjacent supermarket is well-stocked and incredibly convenient. What impressed me most, however, was the hotel's remarkable soundproofing – despite being situated next to the train station, the rooms are remarkably quiet. Overall, Harry's Hotel Apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a hassle-free, family-friendly stay with exceptional service, look no further!
