The room was really large and clean. Furniture was a bit old, but kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was not that cosy (old, facing inward towards a dark courtyard) - but it was still a nice feature. Neighborhood is rather mixed - so, good food options nearby, and it felt safe. Only 5-10 min walk from center city. Kiosk onsite.

My friends and I stayed here for Oktoberfest and it was the absolute perfect place for this. The rooms were great, the breakfast next door was really good, and the staff were all friendly. When we come back to Oktoberfest in a couple years we will definitely stay here again!
