We were unable to check in! Expedia charged me but didnt pay the hotel, the hotel wouldnt give us a room. We called expedia and they called the hotel and expedia was unable and unwilling to fix it. We had them cancel the reservation and we drove home. They ruined our vacation. We have used expedia many times and never had a problem but now dont want to use them again. They messed up our reservation! They didnt pay the hotel! They wouldnt resolve it. Absolutely awful! Expedia you should be ashamed! The hotel wouldnt honor the expedia rate either, will never go back

Room was very basic. Thermostat was not accurate. Employee’s at check in and check out were extremely rude. Guys at check in were mocking us as another f-ing customer. Check out was no better. Never asked how was our stay. I asked for a printed copy of my receipt and he tossed it at me. I would not recommend this place and we would NEVER stay there again.

My husband and I were really disappointed with our experience at this property. After dealing with car trouble coming down the mountain, we arrived exhausted and were met with an empty lobby. We waited over 30 minutes with no staff in sight and ended up calling the front desk multiple times. On the third attempt, we finally had to contact Best Western corporate, and they were the ones who got the night attendant to come downstairs. When he finally arrived, the attitude we received made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. We asked about a king room and were told, very dismissively, that kings are “limited anyway” and cost more, even though the parking lot had only two cars in it—and we met both of the other guests the next morning. It was one of those uncomfortable moments where you feel talked down to for even asking. After traveling cross-country, dealing with repeated rental car issues, and arriving sore and tired, this was the last thing we expected. We’ve always appreciated Best Western for its consistency and care, but this stay missed the mark by a lot. We really hope management addresses how late-night guests are treated. A situation like this deserves both acknowledgment and some kind of make-good, because this experience definitely did not reflect the standard we’ve come to expect from the brand.

The place was clean, staff was great, the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the man in the breakfast room. He was very helpful and went above and beyond, and he made sure everything was fully stocked.
