Superb lakeside cottage with plenty of privacy opportunities

Great cottage located at the lake. Just cross the road to enjoy the clean waters of Lac des Settons. Thanks to the huge enclosed garden children and dogs have all the space they need without having to worry about their safety. If during Sunday’s it gets a bit too crowded for your likings one can sit in the back for complete privacy. We had a wonderful stay. Some minor improvements could be splitting the power between oven and other equipment as it cuts power when oven is used. Can recommend.

l'emplacement est très bien, calme et proche lac et promenades. la vue de la terrasse est superbe et reposante. la maison est confortable, grande et pratique avec des chiens, le grand jardin cloturé est un plus. rien à dire sur le séjour, tout très bien

Insgesamt lohnenswert

Netter Kontakt, tolle Lage, großes Grundstück, Objekt von Größe und Zimmern wie abgebildet, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht somit nicht mehr ganz den Bildern. Trotzdem lohnenswert, auch weil es direkt über die Straße (und dies ist wie rund um den See) einen Zugang zum See gibt.

Vakantie aan Lac Des Settons

We hadden een leuke tijd in les Genièvres 440. We hadden ook onze hond bij en daarvoor is het verblijf echt goed. Een grote afgemaakte tuin Je zit ook direct aan het water. Toen wij er waren begin juli was het heel rustig. De hottub hebben we niet echt gevonden of het moest een slechte vertaling zijn van iets... Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat je niet direct bij winkels in de buurt zit. Het is altijd even rijden met de auto.

Malheureusement pour nous la météo particulièrement mauvaise en ce weekend de Pâques a quelque peu limité la durée de nos balades. Très contents de se retrouver au coin du poêle à bois après avoir pris la pluie. La maison est très bien située et nous y avons trouvé la tranquillité que nous cherchions. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Het huis ligt mooi in het midden van de Morvan. Het uitzicht is geweldig, het huis is compleet voorzien van alles en goed geïsoleerd. De volledig omheinde grote tuin was perfect voor mijn 2 jachthonden. We hebben heerlijk genoten!

Très bel emplacement

Très bon séjour dans cette maison en bord de lac, idéalement placée, et aménagée. Les espaces extérieurs et clôturés sont très sympa. Il serait très utile de faire un bon rafraîchissement des peintures, d avoir de bons matelas, et un bon nettoyage pour optimiser cette maison un peu vieillissante. Échanges simples et efficaces avec la propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Hôte très agréable, bon contact par téléphone et très bon accueil. Maison disposant de beaucoup d’équipements, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Cheminée super agréable et même nécessaire pour les nuits fraîches que nous avons eu. Endroit calme et magnifique vue sur le lac. Grand terrain clos parfait pour nos 2 gros chiens que la propriétaire a accepté sans soucis. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement assez propre mais qui nécessiterait tout de même d’un bon «nettoyage de printemps» (dans les coins) et d’un petit rafraîchissement niveau décoration. Les sanitaires et la cuisine étaient bien propres. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Très bon emplacement!

L'emplacement est vraiment très bien, calme, plage directement accessible en face de la maison. Rien à redire. Grand jardin. Terrasse agréable (mais attention aux frelons le soir)... la maison est bien agencée mais mériterait un petit raffraichissement (volets, portail qui se ferme avec un lacet, un détail certes...). Concernant l'environnement, il manque de commerces de proximité au niveau du lac (pour faire ses courses à velo). Mention spéciale au camion pizza Le retro (accueil, pizzas excellentes, produits frais).
