"The property was clean, and presented well, but absolutely no warmth. The bell staff was excellent, the front desk seemed to be on their phones for the most part. I inquired about tea/ coffee in the morning, and was directed to a for-profit business. I paid $350.00 and could not get a cup of tea for the road, on property. I stayed the next evening in Jackson Hole, for $130.00 and enjoyed a comparatively lavish coffee bar in the morning. It was fine, but I won't stay there again. $35.00 to park (in Boise)."

"This hotel is undergoing renovations so it’s understandable that things weren’t maybe as they usually are. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but a lot smaller than expected and a king bed we wanted was not an option at this hotel. The hoped for hot breakfast was a sack breakfast and unfortunately they had run out of when we went to get breakfast. Kind of disappointing but maybe once their updating is done it’ll be better."

"Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of our stay - this amenity was a deciding factor to stay there! Otherwise, everything else was as advertised, excellent breakfast choices and bed was very comfortable - definitely recommend this hotel."
