This hotel was perfect for our stay in Boise! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink at check in was a nice touch. We appreciated the complimentary waters and sodas in the lobby as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. We both agreed the bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved the extras like the fireplace in the room and the plush robe. Everything is so well thought out for a guest! We also took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service which was another great perk. It was a nice walk to the green belt, Boise State for a game and downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay if needing to be near downtown Boise. We had issues finding access to the front of the hotel because of recent road construction so it took us several attemps to figure out what to do but once we got in it was another good experience.

Rock music at Hemlock sucks big time

Everything was first rate...except: no instructions for the fireplace, Heat/AC in unusual location with no instructions, and a lamp that didn't work. Also, Hemlock is supposed to be a high end restaurant...I walked in for dinner and walked right out...because there was loud rock music playing. Believe it or not, there are folks like me who go to restaurants for dining. If I want music, I go to a show...and never rock music!

Excellent experience!

First time in Boise and was very impressed. 5 star experience from an inexpensive hotel in adorable Boise Idaho. I travel all over the world and stay at the best of the best everywhere I go and this was not a disappointment. Even though it’s not a 5 star hotel, it was perfect. Valet is excellent even though I had to take my own bags ton my room. The food is delicious and room service prompt and polite. It’s not the most lavishly decorated but it doesn’t feel lacking in any way. The balcony off my room could have held a party for 12 with a sofa, table and chairs and enough space for mingling. Bed was super comfortable and the soaking tub was obviously so clean I didn’t hesitate to use it. ( I don’t normally use the tub in any hotel due to concerns over cleanliness) Bathroom was well equipped and the entire hotel felt spotless. I extended my stay by a day just so I could stay tucked into bed for an additional day. Excellent location! Will stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Boise.
