Cheap for a reason

I don’t think I’ve stayed in a dirtier hotel. I found hair throughout the room, the floor had not been cleaned, there were dead bugs, and a faint smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room plus just poorly maintained in general. The website photos are inaccurate.

The people at the desk where not friendly..I had to pay another 200$ when i got there..The pool was closed..The room had fleis and it was dirty..We had to ask them to clean, when we did they didnt clean everything. The microwave didnt have legs so it was wobanly. The phone cord didnt stay in the phone so you could use the phone.

Very run down. Not clean. There was very little breakfast. After checkung in we knew we wouldn't be comfortable staying here. Tried to cancel our remaining days but was told that since we reserved through Expedia, we could not. So too bad, your just put your money. It was bad enough, we still went elsewhere so we coukd enjoy our vacation.

It was clean but not great quality. The outlet cover was cracked and not well secured, did not hold plugs well. Lights snd refrigerator were unplugged. None of the vending machines worked. Bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean. Very low toilet.
