Welcome to The Casa Grande, a spacious mountain retreat designed for large families, group getaways, retreats, celebrations, and unforgettable weekends together.
Surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views, Casa Grande offers generous gathering spaces, 11 bedrooms, multiple entertainment areas, two kitchens, a hot tub, outdoor spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the property together.

11 Bedrooms & Spacious Accommodations:
================================
Casa Grande features 11 bedrooms throughout three floors:
* 1 bedroom on the main floor
* 8 bedrooms on the second floor
* 2 bedrooms on the third floor
The home can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests.
Our nightly rate includes up to 16 overnight guests. For groups larger than 16, there is an additional charge of $35 per guest, per night to cover the additional linens, cleaning, supplies, and utilities required for larger groups.

Bathrooms:
========
The main overnight portion of the home includes:
* 4 full bathrooms
* 2 half bathrooms
There is also an additional full bathroom inside our separate Getting Ready Room, which is reserved exclusively for weddings and event packages and is not part of a standard overnight stay.

Two Kitchen Areas:
==============
Our main kitchen is designed with large groups in mind and includes:
* Large dining table with seating for 12
* Two stoves
* Two dishwashers
* Two refrigerators
* Spacious food preparation and gathering areas
The former pantry has also been converted into a second kitchen and grocery-storage area, complete with an additional stove, refrigerator, and plenty of space to organize food and supplies during your stay.

Outdoor Living:

Enjoy our outdoor spaces for relaxing, grilling, dining, and taking in the mountain surroundings.
Outdoor amenities include:
* Gas grill
* Charcoal grill
* Outdoor grilling furniture
* Porch seating and tables
* Wood-burning fire pit
* Propane fire pit on the front porch

Please note: During seasonal fire bans, the outdoor wood-burning fire pit cannot be used. Guests may use the propane fire pit when permitted under current fire-safety regulations.

Ballroom & Special Gatherings:

Casa Grande also features a beautiful ballroom with soaring ceilings, natural wood details, large windows, chandeliers, wood flooring, and views of the surrounding forest.
The ballroom makes Casa Grande especially unique for weddings, retreats, celebrations, and other special gatherings.

PLEASE NOTE: Weddings, receptions, parties, and other events require an additional event fee and a separate event agreement to ensure proper preparation, safety, and compliance with local requirements.
Basic wedding furniture, including tables and chairs, is available for qualifying event reservations.

Wedding Getting Ready Room:
=======================
Casa Grande has a separate Getting Ready Room designed specifically for weddings and event packages. It includes mirrors, stools, lounge furniture, and its own full bathroom.
This room does not contain beds and is not one of the 11 advertised overnight bedrooms.
The Getting Ready Room is reserved exclusively for guests who book a wedding or event package and is not included with a standard overnight reservation.
Standard overnight guests have access to the advertised home, including all 11 overnight bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities included with their reservation.

Important Booking Information:

Our standard nightly rate includes up to 16 overnight guests, with a maximum overnight capacity of 40 guests.
For groups over 16 overnight guests, the additional guest fee is $40 per person, per stay
Events and weddings are separate from standard overnight accommodations and require an additional event fee and agreement.
We believe in being transparent about what is included with your reservation so that you can plan your stay with confidence.

Guest access:
==========
We're happy to have you here and hope you feel at home! You're welcome to use the entire house, except for the garage. If you move any furniture around during your stay, please return it to its original place before checkout.

Other things to note:
================
One of the things that makes Casa Grande special is that we offer two experiences in one property. You can reserve Casa Grande as a private mountain retreat for family and friends, or combine your stay with our private Wedding Venue experience. Weddings and events require a separate venue agreement and Venue Package in addition to the lodging reservation.

Our Venue Package includes exclusive use of the Getting Ready Suite, indoor or outdoor ceremony spaces, ballroom and flexible reception/buffet areas, tables and chairs, select décor items, event liability insurance, and the freedom to bring your own vendors. We also provide plates, drinking glasses, champagne glasses, flatware, serving pieces, and a well-equipped kitchen and pantry with additional essentials for larger gatherings and events. Parking is available for up to 30 vehicles, along with beautiful mountain views and multiple spaces for memorable photos.

Casa Grande allows you to stay, celebrate, prepare, dine, and spend an entire wedding weekend together - all in one private destination.
Event Agreement Required: All weddings and special events at Casa Grande require a separate signed Venue Agreement in addition to the lodging reservation.
