I'd like to retract a previous review. Someone had access to my phone, it was not written by me and was a result of a prank. This is a solid mid-range hotel. Check in was quick and smooth. Interaction with front desk was brief but efficient. The hotel was well maintained and delivered a comfortable straight forward experience. Overall the stay here has been good

Staff was not very friendly, no personality whatsoever. We've been there about 3 weeks and they haven't cleaned our room one time, even after I asked them to. Had to go buy sheets so we could have clean linens and probably have to buy towels soon. We have to fight them every time we ask for clean towels. The price is decent but service sucks and I'm pretty sure i seen cockroaches! AND the owners kids are runnin around up and down screaming, with their toys spread out all over the lobby.

Upon arriving we noticed bothe the recessed toilet paper holder and towel tack had loose screws and were coming out of the wall. 3rd day in our room keys stopped working and it took 3 days for them to come down and undo the one screw and replace the battery. Our other room smelled like it just had a drain back up and they tried to cover it up. It was rose scented poo. We didnt recieve mew towels till the day of our departure and all of our trash bins were overflowed. There was no clear sinage on where we could dump our trash. Overall, we dont make much moise due to the affordability of the hotel, but we do feel strongly that freah towels and regular trash removal shouldve been included in the price of the room.
