The so called owner decided to kick me and my wife out of the room we had paid for, for no reason other than being caught in a lie. Me and my wife booked one night at the property on Thanksgiving. Check in was an ordeal, the girl working the desk obviously didn’t want to be there, which I can understand, so I won’t even get into that, but just know they’re going to charge your card at least twice, once for the deposit and another separate charge for the stay. But instead of like a normal hotel that charges you at the end of your stay and just keeps the card on file they’ll charge you for your stay before your deposit, and that first transaction will apparently inevitably fail and require them to run it again. The reason I’m writing this review is because I got a panic call from my wife telling me that the owner is screaming at her and is kicking us out because we didn’t pay for our second night. Mind you this isn’t really a nice hotel, but for $80 a night it wasn’t the worst. The owner then proceeds to scream at me that I haven’t paid for another night. Even though the sweet older lady who works overnight, helped to take care of me with a workaround because I originally booked through a third-party so they couldn’t just extend my stay. Low and Behold, it turns out I did actually pay for my second night but because of the lovely procedure, this lady decides to go by that first transaction inevitably fails. Probably so she can do this to multiple people and keep their money.

Our room smelled like dirty feet. Carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Walls needed repairs. No hair dryer. Only had 2 towels for 4 people so had to ask for more. Also, because we booked through hotels.com we were unable to adjust our days which cost us money. Very frustrating

The first floor hallway smelled like urine. Our room had cigarette burns on the comforter along with some questionable brown stains. There was no trash can in our room and we found a toenail on our nightstand. Since we didn’t discover most of this until the morning, they said there was no remediation. I thought I’d give Wyndham another chance, but their hotels have typically been awful as of late.

This is the worst hotel I have ever tried to say at and I've stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries. I checked out within 30 minutes of arriving because the room was absolutely filthy. Torn up carpet, dirty bathroom, chewing tobacco stuck to a lamp shade. When I went to the lobby to change rooms there was an infant child of an employee who had removed his poopy diaper in the middle of the lobby then proceeded to urinate on the floor. I left. Unfortunately for me, the manager refused to give me a refund because complaints don't warrant refunds. If you care about your reputation you will take this hell hole off of your list of available properties.

We had bi garbage can in our room. The carpet was bumped up in several places that we tripped over. On the third and second floor the garbage cans were overflowing. There was a carpet strip in our room the screws were coming out of that I tripped over. The lady that checked is in was very rude. We reserved the breakfast room for a family gathering and noticed all the breakfast food hay had been delivered sat there the whole time and had been there for hours. It was yogurt and frozen biscuits and sausage. Another came in and angrily slammed the door because the food had been sitting there for hours. I have pictures is the carpet and garbage. We also had a dirty washcloth left in our bathroom from the last person that stayed in the room. We also weren’t given directions to our room or the WiFi password. We had two towels in the bathroom.

My room looked like it was under construction. Hole in the floor under the carpet, plaster all over including the door handle. NO HOT WATER ON THURSDAY NIGHT OR FRIDAY MORNING I feel we should get credit as I couldn’t take a bath or shower in the morning. Staff seemed like they didn’t care. Breakfast selection was very limited. Tv had lots of channels but not local. I was very disappointed in the condition of my room meaning you need to finish the plaster,painting and flooring.
