Place was great, close to St. John’s, 10 minutes from downtown. Close to the highway to get around.House was clean, plenty of amenities, quiet Neighbourhood , close to shopping and food locations. Plenty of space for a family, inside house and backyard.Host (Randy) was great, stopped in to greet us, explained a few things about the place, easy to contact if we needed anything.Again great location to stay and to get around the St. John’s area and surrounding areas. I would recommend this property.

Randy was an excellent host! He thoughtfully provided essentials for our first morning, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, and butter, which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful visit. We highly recommend staying here while exploring beautiful St. John’s, NL. Laundry facilities, lots of parking, and lots of room for a good ol’ Screech in!

Our stay was excellent in every way. Great location for city as well as excursions. The house is spotless and beautiful with many well decorated and comfortable rooms. We also appreciated having the basics such as dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. Randy welcomed us and was available if needed. We would love to return. Veda

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The only suggestion we would have is for the cleaners to make sure all areas are dusted and vacuumed. We found dust under the beds and some items had dust on top. Also stale cookies in the cookie jar
